Beth Burlingame

Beth Burlingame is a Veteran, who has worked as a journalist, general writer, and a produced playwright. Some of her employment has been with various news organizations and later as a media specialist. Her career included 20 years in senior management at an Osteopathic General Hospital. With her healthcare background, she assisted a state health department’s Disaster Preparedness Division.

She later began a videography company specializing in commercial and industrial documentaries. She now uses her talents to work with various animal organizations.

She lives in southeastern Ohio and shares her life with a certified service dog – Wallace Lee Peepers aka Wally – who should really be a greeter at Walmart. Burlingame refers to her age as ‘5 years old’ – always has been, is now and always will be.

Megan Cardet, a renowned real estate agent with Haute Properties Group and a Certified International Property Specialist, is a passionate advocate for equine welfare. As the founder of A Place for Peanut, a non-profit equine rescue, she dedicates a portion of her real estate sales to support the organization’s mission. Under her leadership, APFP tirelessly works to rescue horses from kill pens and raise awareness about the cruel treatment they face. She lives in Houston, TX.
